EthiFinance Ratings upgrades Arquimea Group's rating from "BB" to "BB+", changing its outlook from Positive to Observation. Arquimea Group S.A. carries out technology-based activities for different sectors. Its businesses, in order of importance, include: i) the design, manufacture and marketing of components and systems for the aerospace, defence and security industries; ii) technological sponsorship (tax-lease), iii) the development of genetic and epigenetic tests and clinical analyses for the healthcare industry, iv) animal reproduction. At the end of the fiscal year (March 2023), the group reported revenues of € 78.7m (-32.1% yoy), EBITDA of € 12.5m (EBITDA margin of 15.9%), and a NFD/EBITDA ratio of 3x (2.3x calculated accordingly to the definitions included in its bonus programme).
